This Rodenstock 60mm Rodagon-WA is designed for short column enlargers. It has a shorter focal length and larger angle of view than with standard focal lengths. At any given enlarger height it yields an almost 70% larger projected image area than a standard focal length lens. This is useful for enlargements well above 10x magnification. This is achieved by using highly refracting glass types in the lens construction. Wide angle lens of superior quality for 6 x 6cm enlarging
